Employee & Management Training
Our instructor led classroom trainings are conducted by experienced attorneys and are customized to meet your needs, in terms of your Company culture, the issues to be emphasized, the exercises, and content. We believe a qualified live trainer is the most effective method for providing managers and employees with a clear understanding of what is and is not appropriate workplace behavior, as well as training managers on the proper steps to take to avoid claims of harassment and discrimination.
The sessions are interactive, utilizing a lecture style with “practicing skills” exercises designed to stimulate interaction and discussion and facilitate retention of the material. These exercises provide hands-on practice of the skills required for successful management of the issues in the daily decisions made by managers and employees.
